Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Alarm Crypto provides:

• Real-time cryptocurrency price monitoring across multiple exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit, Bitget, MEXC)
• Customizable price alerts (alarms) with push notifications
• Market overview, Fear & Greed Index, and Altcoin Season Index tracking
• Bitcoin Ordinals (NFT) floor price monitoring
• Favorites and alarm management with cloud synchronization

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App or its API
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or bans
• Exploit vulnerabilities or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any part of the App or its content

Alarm Crypto may offer free and premium subscription plans. Premium features are made available through in-app purchases managed by the platform store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).

• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select (monthly or annual)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the respective app store
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable prior notice

All content, design, code, trademarks, logos, and materials in the App are the exclusive property of Alarm Crypto or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Cryptocurrency market data displayed in the App is sourced from third-party exchanges and data providers. We do not claim ownership of such data.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Price data will be 100% accurate, complete, or delivered in real time
• Notifications will be delivered instantly or without delay (delivery depends on device settings, network conditions, and third-party services such as FCM)
• The App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alarm Crypto and its developers, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App
• Financial losses resulting from missed, delayed, or inaccurate price alerts
• Losses due to unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, server failures, or third-party outages
• Actions taken based on information provided by the App

The App integrates with and relies on third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Firebase (Google) — Authentication and push notifications
• Cryptocurrency exchanges — Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, Bybit, Bitget, MEXC for price data
• CoinGecko — Market metadata and images
• Alternative.me — Fear & Greed Index
• RevenueCat — Subscription management

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses a security risk to the App or other users
• We are required to do so by law
• We discontinue the App or any part of the service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the App shall be submitted to the competent courts of Brazil.
