A problem with the app
To help us find the cause faster, include in your message:
- your phone or computer model and the Android or Windows version;
- the Alarm Crypto version, shown in the app settings;
- what happened, on which coin or alarm, and roughly when;
- a screenshot, if you can.
If alarms are not arriving, first check the three steps in the FAQ: battery optimization, autostart and notification permission. They solve most cases.
Your data
To access, correct, export or delete your data, write from your account's email address. You can also delete your account right in the app settings; your alarms and associated data are erased. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
